Nitpicks & Rumors - September

Nitpicks
Gripe - Mouse Click
So, I hope that they exist...but currently I do not know of any. Laptops often have a built in mouse. They also make quiet button clicks. Why isn't there a mouse that will quietly click! Seriously, in meetings and so on this would be great. Doesn't that constant clicking clutter our ears on a daily basis? Stop them please!
Gripe - Anna Nichole Smith
Her name is now the title of a country song. Aside from the hub-bub over the millionaire's money, white-trashy image, and playboy days, check out this statement and I think you will know what I mean, "The wedding comes just 18 days after the death of Anna's son Daniel Smith, 20, who passed away in his mother's hospital room three days after his baby sister was born.(Wenn)" Oh Anna, you little charm!

Television
David Spade
Spade has joined the cast of the Adam Sandler produced “Rules of Engagement”, a new CBS comedy that co-stars Oliver Hudson, Patrick Warburton and Megyn Price. According to Variety, "Rules" looks at the phases of relationships as seen through the eyes of five friends. Spade will play the single guy.
Charlie Sheen
After two months of negotiations, "Two and a Half Men" star Charlie Sheen is close to finalizing a new salary pact that would make him the highest-paid comedy star in television today. Sources said Sheen will earn about $350,000 per episode this season from producer of the CBS powerhouse, Warner Bros. Sheen began renegotiating his deal in July, shortly after Warner Bros. entered lucrative deals to sell the syndication rights to the Tribune Broadcasting stations (for broadcast) and to FX (for cable), effective 2010.
"Lost" Actors Suck
Late last year both Michelle Rodriguez and Cynthia Watros were charged with DUI in separate incidents on the same night (neither is still with the show). Watros paid a fine and had her license suspended, while Rodriguez, who was on probation for another DUI in California, spent five days in jail and was also fined. Several other cast members, among them Josh Holloway, Dominic Monaghan and Naveen Andrews, have been cited for speeding, the paper says, but were not arrested.
