Encino Man Trivia: 1. A TV movie sequel, Encino Woman, came out in 1996. 2. Jim Carrey and Nicolas Cage were both considered for the role of Link before Brendan Fraser was cast. 3. The group that is playing in the party scene is "Infectious Grooves" and features Mike Muir of the heavy metal band Suicidal Tendencies and Robert Trujillio who currently plays bass with Metallica.

Son in Law Trivia: The tattoo that Becca gets in Los Angeles is actually Carla Gugino's real, preexisting tattoo.

In the Army Now Trivia: 1. Most people know of the Brendan Fraser cameo in Son in Law, but he has one here too (as Link again) during the dinner scene in the tent with the Special forces guys. 2. The film earned $28,881,266 at the box office, making it the third highest grossing movie starring Pauly Shore (behind Encino Man and A Goofy Movie).

Bio-Dome Trivia: 1. The film is based upon the Biosphere 2, a scientific project that began operation in 1991 in the Arizona desert. 2. During the "restoration of the dome" sequence near the end of the film in which Safety Dance is playing, a dwarf dressed in medieval attire is following the group. This is a direct reference to the original music video for Safety Dance, which features a dwarf in those same clothes. 3. Actors Jack Black and Kyle Gass perform together as the musical group Tenacious D.

Pauly Shore is Dead Trivia: 1. Most of the celebrity cameos were filmed by Shore during breaks on their movie sets. 2. The movie was entirely funded by Pauly Shore.
