Factoids:
1. Differences from Special Edition: The Extraordinarily Deluxe Edition includes all of the bonus content from the Special Edition and added the following. The film has been remastered for high definition widescreen (1.66:1vs SE's 1.85:1). It restores the "Swedish" subtitle missing from the Special Edition ("Mønti Pythøn ik den Hølie Gräilen"). Includes an updated version of the Soundtrack as the third disc (but not the newest version), and the new ED content on disc 2 (which is not really anything to shout about).
2. Differences of Soundtrack CD release: Yes this version is different than the original vinyl & 8-track release, however, the CD was also released in 2006 with four bonus tracks not included on the disc in the Extraordinarily Deluxe Edition. They are 1. The Bridge of Death, 2. Arthur's Song, 3. Documentary - Terry Jones & Michael Palin, 4. Run Away Song. Which means that there could some day be a massive Ultimate Executive Deluxe Directors Cut...at that point it better include Spamalot...
